Placing Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, phone, address) is accurate. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price at time of ordering.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location (typically 2–5 working days). Free delivery applies on orders above Rs.1,000. Delays due to courier or external factors are not our responsibility, but we will keep you informed.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full cancellation.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, including placing fraudulent orders, will result in cancellation and may be reported to relevant authorities.
